Information We Collect

Leakage Audit Tool

When you use our Commission Leakage Audit tool and request that your results be emailed to you, we collect:

Your name
Your email address
Your flower shop name
The financial inputs you entered (annual revenue, commission rate, monthly fees) — used solely to generate and send your audit report

Providing this information is entirely voluntary. You can use the calculator without submitting your details; the email report feature is optional.

Vercel Analytics

This website uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous page-view data. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. The metadata collected includes anonymous page paths, referrer domains, browser type, and country-level location — none of which is linked to an individual user. This data helps us understand which pages are most useful so we can improve the site.

Demo Booking

Our demo booking page embeds Calendly’s scheduling widget. Any personal information you submit to book a call (name, email, calendar availability) is collected and stored by Calendly, not by BloomCore directly. Please review Calendly’s Privacy Policy for details.

How We Use Your Information

To deliver your audit report: When you request an email summary of your leakage audit, we use your name, email, and shop name solely to send that report via Resend (see Third-Party Services below). We do not use this information for ongoing marketing without your consent.
To improve our website: Aggregated, anonymous analytics data (via Vercel Analytics) is used to understand how visitors use the site and to prioritize improvements.
To respond to inquiries: If you email us directly at hello@bloomcoreos.com, we use your contact details to respond to your message.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this website. Each has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle data.

Resend (Email Delivery)

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails (e.g., your audit report). When you request an email, your name, email address, and audit data are transmitted to Resend for the sole purpose of delivering that message. Resend processes this data as a data processor on our behalf.

Vercel (Hosting and Analytics)

This website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel processes web requests and serves pages on our behalf. We also use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated visitor metadata (no cookies, no personal data). Vercel’s infrastructure may log standard server-access data (IP addresses, request timestamps) in accordance with their privacy policy.

Calendly (Demo Scheduling)

Our demo booking page embeds a Calendly scheduling widget. Calendly acts as an independent data controller for any information you provide when booking a meeting. Please review Calendly’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your information.

Data Retention

Email records (name, email address, audit results) transmitted via Resend are retained in accordance with Resend’s data retention policies. We do not store audit report data in our own database beyond what is necessary to deliver the email. Vercel Analytics data is retained in aggregate, anonymous form. If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your personal data
Object to or restrict processing of your data
